LAYZIE BONE
Founding Member, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony | Brand Ambassador, Tanggo

Steven “Layzie Bone” Howse helped build hip-hop’s blueprint. As the founding voice and de facto leader of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, he co-created one of the best-selling rap groups in history — a Grammy-winning, multi-platinum legacy anchored by the diamond-certified E. 1999 Eternal and the iconic “Tha Crossroads.” Discovered by Eazy-E and built from the ground up in Cleveland, Ohio, Layzie’s rapid-fire, melodic style helped define a sound that’s still echoing through hip-hop three decades later.

Beyond the mic, Layzie is a builder — founder of Harmony Howse Entertainment and a relentless independent operator who’s stayed in motion long after the platinum plaques. Now serving as brand ambassador for Tanggo, he brings the same hustle and credibility that built a legacy act to the next generation of music tech.

Ambitious Records — Oakland, CA Born from the Bay, built on the bass line.

Founded by Elijah — original member of the multi-platinum, Grammy-winning R&B legends Tony! Toni! Toné! — Ambitious Records carries the DNA of one of soul music’s most iconic groups straight into a new generation of sound. Elijah’s resume reads like a masterclass in funk and R&B: musical direction for Lucy Pearl, choreography behind Tony! Toni! Toné!’s signature moves, and production work alongside Alicia Keys on her Grammy-winning single “Diary.” His bass playing and production style draw direct comparisons to Cameo, Bootsy Collins, James Brown, and Marvin Gaye — heavyweight company, earned the hard way.

Under the Ambitious Records banner, that legacy keeps moving. The label’s roster includes Park Avenue, a group of Oakland East Bay Grammy-winning artists and Tony! Toni! Toné! alumni who’ve shared stages and studios with names like Alicia Keys, Raphael Saadiq, E-40, and Too Short.

Real music. No shortcuts. Oakland to the world.

3.T.O.B. The Original Band of Tony! Toni! Toné!

Some legacies don’t fade — they reassemble. 3.T.O.B. brings together the actual architects of Tony! Toni! Toné!’s sound: founding members Elijah Baker, Antron Haile, and Carl Wheeler, joined by Jubu Smith (who helped shape the band’s breakout second album, The Revival) and Amar Khalil, whose 20-year run as lead vocalist after Raphael Saadiq’s departure cemented the group’s modern identity. Rounding out the lineup is Antron Haile’s nephew, Lionel “LJ” Holoman, carrying the torch into a new generation.

This isn’t a tribute act — it’s the source. Live instrumentation, real arrangements, no shortcuts. 3.T.O.B. is on a mission to bring back the soulful, high-fidelity sound that built Tony! Toni! Toné!’s legacy in the first place — delivering “Feels Good,” “Anniversary,” and “It Never Rains (In Southern California)” alongside new original music, for the fans who lived it and the ones discovering it for the first time.
